Friday 18th 2022 around 10:30 pm. Terrible service in parking lot. The people there have no respect or anything. He illegally told me I had to pay even though la fitness validated my parking ticket. I came in 9:19 and left 10:30 and I validated it with la fitness. The man with the accent was terrible. I’m only 17 and he treated me horribly. He kept saying to get someone to come to pay for me when I didn’t even have any money on me or even a card. Absolutely horrible service. Never came across someone as horrible as him. He needs to fix up. Tried to ask for his name several times but he kept telling me “go call the police, go call the army”. He should not be working there. Will be contacting management as well.

The mall used to have a few good stores and then a bunch of odd stores that you didn't really care to visit. NOW, with the new renovations, the food court is great and they are truly attracting valid retail locations, along with retaining the good ones that were already there. Great option now - really impressed with the new direction. I'm sure it will continue to get better as they get closer to completion.

I’ve been dropping by Sheppard Center the past few years and the renovation is 100% better than what the Center looked like previously. There’s a lot more natural light and a fresher updated look.
Public washrooms are clean and plentiful. Good selection of food court choices.

For the money this is costing Riocan you'd think they would think more about selectionf of stores etc in mall. Two great places have already closed before they're even finished. Potbellys and Golden Mo's are already gone. The other restaurants left are real mediocre.. Either healthy or thai. Popeye's is the only one, which is "meh" and A&W.. Yuck. Potatopia never opened. All great places are outside of the mall. Blaze Pizza, 5 Guys, What A Bagel,Sweet Jesus. Disappointed the new "mall" isnt opening up great stores. No New York Fries. 2 cell kiosks, cleaners, shoe repair. Yes a Winners and Dollarama but Nothing you'd go out of your way for and pay for parking. They should have put a cinema here.

The food court has nice variety of food n elegant space n decor. This placw is very clean. Love the shoppers, Tino hair design is amazing, ask for Phil. He does an amazing job and I have been seeing him for 15 years n never cheated 😁
Subway n banks r convenient access.
Waiting for the grocery store to open and looking fwd to check the LA fitness basketball someday.

Negative: Parking is $3.50 half hour or shop at winners for $25+ and stamp your parking voucher for 90 mins free. Street parking around Yonge n Sheppard are from $3-5 per hour.

I came for 1 hour to drop off my car for a car wash at Rambo Car Washing (in the parking lot, level 2). I was coming from my lunch hour, so I brought a small salad with me to eat. I sat down to eat it and a security guard approached me and said that I could not bring outside food to the seating area where the food court was. I said sorry, I didn't know as this was my first time. He said ok and continued walking. I had 2 tablespoons left of my salad and I thought i could finish it (i got the warning that in the future no outside food is allowed) but i was hungry and thought it would be OK if I finished eating my salad. Within a few minutes the guard came again and said that there are no exceptions, that I also am not allowed to finish it and must put it away. Seriously I thought he was joking but he wasn't. I would not ever eat at that food court again! Security guards are Nazis. (by the way, when I got there, even before I knew the rules, I purchased a coffee and a coffee cake, and a bottle of water, but I guess that does not count).

Even before the construction started, the Center was dismal and depressing. Shop Keepers were rude, especially at the Post Office. The Winners store is under stocked. Dollarama and Shoppers Drug Mart are as expected.
Will re-evaluate once the construction is completed. Difficult to find the entrance during this time.

The only good thing about Sheppard Centre is that it is across the street from where we live. Inside, it's disappointing. There are a few banks, clothing stores where nothing looks good to me, a shoe store, an electronics store, a Winners which has a good selection of discount clothing and housewares. There are two dentists' offices, a hair stylist, a nail salon, a travel agency. The best stores, IMO, are the bulk food store and the dollar store. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

This mall is great for the local residents and nearby high schools, but has limited selection of shops. There is a decent food court which is packed during week days with kids from the two or three local high schools. Good variety including a few sit down restaurants like Boston Pizza, Spring Rolls and another small Chinese food place on the upper level near Tim Hortons.
This mall has a dollar store, a few cellular retailers, direct access to the subway system, CIBC, TD Bank, BMO, Juice / Smoothy place, Blacks cameras, The Source, Salon and a Shoppers Drug Mart. There is also a Winners here and a great Dental office.
It's a very handy mall if you live or are in the area.
