My wife and I are members of the spa. Went went up there this past Sunday to check out the rooftop with a friend visiting from the states. The view was great. DJ played cool house music. Drinks and food were good too. Anel was AWESOME took very good care of us!! Our plan is to visit the spa every Saturday and then hit the roof top. I suggest you do the same

We recently visited Roof 28 at Reef 28, and the second day service was worth a second review. As frequent visitors to Playa Del Carmen, there’s a reason we’re continually drawn back to Roof 28. Per usual, our service was exceptional (thank you again, Luis!), but for the first time, the Roof 28 manager, Jorge, stopped by to make sure that our day was perfect. Never at any other resort in PDC have I had a manager visit us while spending time at the pool. Our home base is Los Angeles, so we are used to a certain level of service, but the Reef 28 has genuinely stepped up their game with hiring Jorge. We could see him keeping an eye on all the patrons and making sure they had everything they needed to ensure a great experience. He also suggested and booked a dinner for us at the Reef 28 Italian restaurant that was truly one of the best meals I have eaten in PDC, both in and out of the resorts. Thank you again to Reef 28 for an exceptional day.

Yuri is the reason we kept coming back. She was attentive creative and just generally a wonderful vibe. Thank you so much for making our experience at roof 28 so great. Food is really good, drinks are wonderful, but music is a bit too loud. It would be nice if it was loud in most areas but not at the dining tables. It was impossible to talk while we ate lunch.

This roof top never disappoints! Great music, excellent facilities, good food, great service and excellent city views. Francisco was especially impressive! He gave me and my friends the best service! I recommend going here!

This spot has become mine and my wife favorite spot . The staff is top ten very helpful and loving. Our waiter at the rooftop Alejandro is one of a kind. I highly recommend if you want a spot to relax enjoy the beach town and amazing atmosphere stay at the Reef 28 and make sure u seek Alejandro and he will definitely take great care of you but so would everyone one else.

Amazing views! Awesome service! Filiberto from the Aziatico dinner was very pleasant and attentive, he’s an acess to this resort. The roof top was great, they only have one rude server, his name is Daniel with long hair. If you’re on the rooftop ask for another server. No personality , and rude! But then Anel came to save the day! She’s awesome, caring, humble and made me give a 5 star review. Thank you Anel for your hard work!

What a gem. We had a fantastic time staying here. The service was amazing. The rooftop pool was clean and beautiful. Alejandro, Sergio, and Majo went above and beyond in service to make sure we had the best experience. I will definitely come back!

We received wonderful service from the hotel. The food was delicious for breakfast and lunch, and the room service was very good. There was an employee called Anel. She was very wonderful. She had a wonderful smile and fast service at the pool. Thank you.

Service from Francisco was top tier. Greeting you when you arrive with a smile and service was no different. Nothing better than a server checking on you making sure you’re good!! Always makes it a great experience for my husband and I!!

One of the best rooftop experiences for adults. The service was top notch our server was Francisco and he treated us like VIP from start to finish. If you are a member or a visitor you must check out Reef 28.
