La Roja faced France in the opening semi-final clash and it was a thrilling encounter in Munich, as the Spanish came from behind to win 2-1 thanks to a stunning goal from Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo’s deflected strike.
Luis de la Fuente and his players can now sit back and enjoy Wednesday’s encounter, when England face their toughest test of the tournament so far.
The Three Lions needed penalties to edge past Switzerland in the quarter-finals, keeping their hopes of lifting the European Championship trophy for the first time alive, and the Netherlands now stand between them and back-to-back finals at the Euros.
