Richard Childress Racing EVP ANDY PETREE has “retired,” and KEITH RODDEN will “serve as interim competition director.” Petree first joined RCR in 1993 as the crew chief for DALE EARNHARDT’s team. He later formed his own race team. Petree also later rejoined RCR and he most recently led RCR’s competition team as EVP (NBCSPORTS.com, 6/25).
