I am dedicated to helping you in understanding your depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, relationship distress/sexual difficulties, gender identity issues, & parent-child relationships (just to name a few) and assisting you in making the changes to improve.
Everyone & every relationship can get stuck in cycle that they're not quite sure how to get out of. I focus on breaking down that pattern & helping you change it for the better using evidence based practices (e.g. CBT) & a systemic perspective. This makes us adept at assisting those experiencing issues with relationships with family, friends, & partners.
Starting therapy can be tough, finding a therapist you feel comfortable with shouldn't be. I offer free 15 minute consultation sessions so you know if I'm the right fit for you before you book a full session. You can get through this, and there's nothing wrong with help. Everyone has the tools to help themselves, it's my job to facilitate that process.
