I specialize in relationships, career identity & discernment, grief, disordered eating, artists & creatives' concerns, and I have specialty training in Gottman couples counseling. Though I have experience working with a diverse background of individuals, I also offer faith integrated counseling for those seeking a therapist with a Christian background.

Together, we are going to start putting those pieces back together. Our sessions are a safe space to be you, to process the depth of what’s really going on, and to develop a plan and a way forward. You don’t need to have it all figured out. I take an empathetic, non-judgement, relational approach. Come as you are.
