Sometimes these feelings and thoughts become are so overwhelming that people literally feel held hostage by despair. People become paralyzed with fear unable to make a decision because of self-doubt. People lose the will to face the day stop taking care of themselves. My typical clients range from teenagers to adults with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, anger management issues, ADHD, PTSD, codependency, poor stress management or coping and other various mental health conditions.
