Welcome! I believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship, it requires trust, security and vulnerability. When we feel the most safe is when we see the most change. When it comes to therapy there is no “one size fits all” approach, and I ensure that my clients are getting individualized treatment to meet their own unique needs. I am a curious person who loves working with people from all walks of life. I pride myself in building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients so that they can build awareness of their relational wounds, needs, and their own roles in their relationships!

And I work to ensure every session resonates with your individual needs .My work is seen through a feminist theory and social justice lens, helping clients to recognize how different systems of oppression impact our daily lives, and to build resiliency, empowerment and self-advocacy skills.
I have been told that my empathy is my biggest strength, and I believe this is something that has been built from my own experiences. I am a neurodivergent, queer, therapist who believes that most of us are just trying our best; with self-compassion, and our own empathy we can feel more secure in our own identities and create strong community bonds.
