Together, we work to gain insight into the causes of conflict and personal challenge, and develop strategies and learn new skills to succeed now and in the future.
I specialize in working with individuals and families struggling with anger, anxiety, depression and trauma. I also work with teens and young adults who are launching into independence for the first time.I have more than a decade of experience in counseling and use a variety of strategies to help improve insight and motivate change.
