I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Tired of worrying and hyper-fixating on things you could have done better? I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR treatment. Sessions are rooted in making connections between thoughts, body sensations, emotions, and behaviors. We will work to identify stuck points, grow insight, and build coping skills that lead to more fulfilling relationships, better boundaries, a stronger sense of self, and an overall more joyful life.
