I earned my Master’s in Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University in 2010 and I currently hold a credential of Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate. I have experience with individuals, couples, and groups in outpatient and intensive residential settings. I specialize in helping people overcome trauma. My passion is working with adults looking to heal from their past and thrive.
I specialize in working with adults looking to overcome trauma. I have received extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I have experienced the amazing results of EMDR allowing clients to process and move on from traumas that had haunted them for years and even decades.
As a therapist, my goal is to collaborate with your knowledge and sense of purpose to help you heal and grow. The most important thing I can do as a therapist is to harbor a safe environment, free of judgement, for you to share your story.
