I have spent five years working in a community mental health setting, where issues varied greatly, with vast experience with depression, anxiety, health issues, ADHD, relationship issues, and self esteem. I work from a person centered perspective, but always open to expanding. I've assisted clients in getting connected to appropriate resources when needed.
