I am a Level 1 IFS trained therapist, helping adults manage their mood/anxiety disorders, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, life transitions and trauma/PTSD symptoms. Moreover, my strength-based and solution-focused approach oftentimes supports families in developing and maintaining healthy communication patterns.
