Our goal is to assist clients find the strength within themselves as we provide them with a safe and non-judgmental environment.
I support and help my clients navigate the challenges in their lives (life traumas, transitions, relationships, racial identity, workplace conflict, anxiety, feeling down, academic issues, and career distress). I practice from a multicultural perspective and recognize the impact of unresolved trauma on the mental health of individuals and relationships.
