I invite you to bring your strengths and motivation to create change in your life. Does ADHD or anxiety impact your life, personally and/or professionally? I will work with you to build skills for executive functioning and help you understand and change the root cause of anxiety to build confidence in your life. I offer teletherapy for clients throughout Washington state or coaching for clients throughout the US. Because I live outside Washington, those with severe mental illness are best served by a local practitioner.
I have extensive experience working with professionals (corporate, attorneys, physicians) who experience the impact of ADHD, anxiety, workplace stress or sleep issues on their career, relationships and mental/physical health. Besides talk therapy, I may suggest other resources, such as books, worksheets, or apps. I also am a board certified coach (BCC).
You bring your expertise of who you are and I will bring my expertise to help find solutions that work for you. Change happens from our collaboration. As a former corporate professional, I understand the complexities of work/home balance. Adults coping with serious and/or chronic mental illness are best served by other local therapists specializing in this.
