I use an eclectic approach, drawing from cognitive behavior strategies, EMDR, DBT, and REBT, tailored to each individual so that they can achieve their personal goals. With over 15 years in the field, I am experienced in traditional counseling, coaching, crisis intervention, behavioral consultation, and working with the I/DD and neurodivergent population.
