I played division 1 field hockey at Boston University and have over a decade of experience working various roles in competitive athletics, such as working as a mental performance consultant for top teams and universities. I am a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and have worked as a psychotherapist at every level of care. I also hold my RYT and CPT.
