She offers in person in Raleigh, NC, and telehealth services across the state of North Carolina, ensuring convenient access to quality mental health care. We offer in person services out of our Raleigh, NC office at this time. Other locations to be added soon. Andrea G. Boyer, M.D. is a board-certified Adult Psychiatrist and Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, who has a passion for providing the best outpatient care. Her clinical areas of interest include anxiety disorders (including OCD), mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disorders, and eating disorders, among others.

Taylor is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She helps adults and seniors, focusing on addiction medicine. Taylor's approach works to understand and address the root of people's issues.

Dr. R. Dewayne Book is a Psychiatrist who specializes in addictive disorders, having studied neurobiology and biochemistry to understand chemical brain functions. This knowledge informs his well-rounded, individualized approach to treating patients struggling with addiction, an approach that also includes medication management, medication assisted treatment / medication assisted therapy (MAT), psychotherapy, patient education, and social network development. Dr. Book also offers Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) at Advaita Integrated Medicine.

Dr. Schaefer is board certified in adult psychiatry and has been practicing for over 16 years. Dr. Schaefer's practice focuses on medication management, offered in conjunction with supportive therapy and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy. Most follow up visits are 30 minutes, and if additional therapy is needed, a therapist may be brought into the care team to provide the best outcome.

I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist with over ten years of experience treating various psychiatric conditions including depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder, co-morbid substance use disorder, and psychotic disorder. My goal is to ensure that patients have a positive experience while seeking psychiatric treatment by establishing a patient-centered environment that promotes privacy and patient comfort.

Monique Batchelor is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, school issues, and substance abuse. She is an advocate for those who wish to receive care but are unsure of how to acquire and maintain relationships with mental health providers.

Dr. Bader is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with subspecialty training in addiction psychiatry. Given his specialty training, he has a great deal of experience treating a wide range of addictions including alcohol, opiates, marijuana, cocaine, & prescription medications just to name a few. He strives to treat the client as a whole individual rather than focusing on one side of the addiction versus mood coin.

Jamie Wiles is a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for individualized, patient-centered care. Jamie specializes in working with individuals and families in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, and attention/focus issues. Jamie works best in partnering with individuals and families to provide options, education, and an open environment to share individual care needs. Experiencing a tragic loss while in Nursing School at Eastern Michigan University propelled Jamie to realize the only type of nurse she wanted to be was a Psychiatric Nurse.

Dr. Shari Sengupta attended the University of OK as a National Merit Scholar and went on to graduate from from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She specialized in Adult Psychiatry at the University of NC Hospitals where she was a chief resident. She received psychotherapy training in insight-oriented and cognitive-behavioral approaches and trained at the Psychoanalytic Institute of the Carolinas. She has 18 years of experience providing medication management and psychotherapy in both private practice and community mental health settings and over 10 years of experience in telepsychiatry providing care to underserved communities.

Dr. Megan Freeman is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry. She completed her residency training at Vidant Medical Center at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina in 2021 where she was the chief resident. Since then, she has worked as an attending physician at an inpatient adult psychiatric unit in Burlington, North Carolina. As a resident and attending she has treated adults of all ages and in all areas of mental health.

Dr. Jubert is a board-certified staff psychiatrist at Talkiatry. He has been practicing for 5 years. Dr. Jubert's practice focuses predominately on medication management, often in conjunction with supportive therapy, during 30-minute follow-up visits. He approaches medicine holistically with an emphasis on understanding how a patient’s socioeconomic status, spirituality, social connection and physical health affect their overall mental health and well-being. Dr. Jubert received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.

She completed her medical education at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC, and completed her residency training at Creighton University School of Medicine-Valleywise Health in Phoenix, AZ.
