I've been accompanying people through difficult times and life challenges; depression, addiction, relationship issues, grief and more for many years. My conversations with you can help you discover the healing power, resilience, creativity and deep peace you've been longing for. My private practice "Tapping Your Inner Resources"; can help you release your deep wisdom to empower your healing and strengthen your relationships. Even depression, or 'bottoming out' in addiction can help to point us in the direction of deep mental, physical and spiritual healing.
My practice is based on scientifically proven principles of Psychotherapy, accompanying you into the deep and unavoidable pains and trauma of daily living. Often we need to uncover feelings that were deeply buried to facilitate survival, but can remain buried no longer without harming our health, well-being and growth.
My practice is grounded on nurturing deep spiritual care of your body, mind and soul. To this end we will rely on narrative therapy, deepening mindfulness practices, E.M.D.R. (especially effective with PTSD and developmental trauma), as well as other tools in my psychotherapeutic 'tool box' as needed.
