I'm here to listen with confidentiality, non-judgment and compassion. Using an integrative, strengths based approach that includes elements of mindfulness and somatic processing, together we can help you re-author your narrative and reach own your potential. If faith is important to your processing, then I welcome holding space for spiritual formation.
