Who We Are

Ochsner CEO talking to children at Discovery School

"Each of us has a purpose. It’s the reason we get up in the morning and what matters most to us. My personal purpose starts with my family, and I feel a strong calling to make the Gulf South a better place for the next generation. I owe so many of my opportunities to the support I received, and I feel a great responsibility to give back right here at home in Louisiana. At Ochsner Health, we have a clear purpose, a True North, that unites us all: to serve and heal others and to make our communities stronger and healthier. We all play a vital role in fulfilling this shared purpose. We know we are at our best when we are together and part of something bigger than ourselves. And we are lifting the next generation by investing in healthcare today, and our future tomorrow." --Pete November, CEO, Ochsner Health
