Have you needed to access GP services for a child?
Are you a parent, guardian, carer or family member with parental responsibility?
Do you have experience of supporting a child that was involved in a safety incident related to general practice, such as being given too much medicine?

The patient safety research team at Cardiff University would like to hear from you.

We are running a workshop with parents/guardians/caregivers to share the findings from a study exploring how parents can help to prevent safety issues from occurring to their child in general practice.

We also need your input to help us consider how the safety of medical care for children can be improved with the support of parents.

The workshop will be held at Cardiff University (venue to be confirmed) and will last approximately 2 hours.

All participants will be offered a £50 voucher for attending.
