Located at the First Base Gate Entrance on Pattison Avenue. For all home games, additional ticket windows are open on Citizens Bank Way.
Gate Openings
For 2024 regular season home games at Citizens Bank Park, all gates will open 90 minutes prior to scheduled first pitch. Exclusive for 2024 regular season Sunday home games, the Left Field Gate will open two hours prior to scheduled first pitch, with all remaining gates opening 90 minutes prior to scheduled first pitch.
