The star-studded line-up for the new series of Celebrity Race Across The World has been revealed, with some huge names preparing to trek across the globe with their loved ones.

Celebrity Race Across The World will see four famous faces (and a partner) set off on a mission to travel to 24 countries with zero VIP treatment. The stars and family pairs must get from Africa to the Arctic - by any means necessary.

It's been reported that 90s pin-up icon Kelly Brook, 44, and her husband Jeremy Parisi will be setting off on their travels together for the latest offering of BBC show, with Radio 2 DJ Scott Mills, 44, also said to have signed up to take on the racing mission with his fiancé Sam Vaughan.

Also in the mix to appear are Jeff Brazier and his son Freddie and Ted Lasso's Kola Bokini, who portrayed Isaac McAdoo in Jason Sudeikis' hit comedy. The latest instalment of Celebrity Race Across The World is set to hit our screens tonight, with friends and family competing for a cash prize as they race to the finish line.

Speaking about Kelly's rumoured involvement in the new series, a source close to the star said: "Kelly has travelled all over the world with Jeremy - and she's really competitive so she'll be brilliant TV." They added to The Sun: "Both Kola and Scott are fans of the show so jumped at the chance to take part."

Kelly and Jeremy, who tied the knot last year in a romantic ceremony in Arpino, Italy, after seven years together, are slowly becoming a power couple in presenting. Hot on the heels of their nuptials, they've got another big project up their sleeves.

The duo is set to present a new daytime series called La Dolce Vita, which will follow their adventures as they swap life in the UK for the charms of rural Italy, airing on ITV. The show is tipped to capture audiences in the same way Jeremy Clarkson has with his hit Prime Video series, Clarkson's Farm.

Race Across The World features a thrilling race through some of the world's most iconic locations, with the ultimate goal of being crowned the winner. Duos participate in Race Across The World, each embarking on a journey across a specific region of the globe in a bid to be the fastest to reach their destination. However, there's a twist - they're not permitted to travel by air and must survive on a limited budget throughout their adventure.

This new celebrity series follows the success of last year's edition, which saw Good Morning Britain's weatherman Alex Beresford and his father Noel emerge victorious. They narrowly defeated McFly drummer Harry Judd and his mother Emma, travelling from Morocco to Norway on a 6,200-mile route that spanned 24 countries.

Following the success of the show last year, Celebrity Race Across The World was renewed for a second series in November. Speaking at the time of the renewal, Tim Harcourt, Creative Director, Studio Lambert said: "Audiences seem pleased that the difficult and disarming undertaking of the Race was not watered down for well-known personalities and their loved ones. We are thrilled to be making another series for the BBC."

Catherine Catton, Head of Commissioning, Factual Entertainment and Events, BBC added: "We would like to thank our cast for putting their heart and soul into it, and we are delighted with the reaction, particularly from young audiences on iPlayer. We are very much looking forward to working with Studio Lambert on the next series"
