Phillip Schofield arrived at the British Grand Prix in style after taking a ride on a helicopter.

The former This Morning presenter, 62, was seen alighting the aircraft alongside his wife Stephanie Lowe and their two daughters, Molly, 30, and 27-year-old Ruby.

Exiting the helicopter, the quartet were seemingly ushered into a VIP section at the Silverstone racetrack which had been penned off. Phillip looked ready for the action as he smiled while wearing beige trousers and a zip-up jumper with a suede-looking jacket. He opted for a pair of thick black sunglasses as he walked ahead of Stephanie, who colour coordinated with the presenter.

Their kids were in casual attire, with Ruby seeming to show her support to the Mercedes team with a black baseball cap with the logo emblazoned on the front.

The appearance comes as Phillip has mostly kept a low profile since his This Morning exit. At the time he confessed to having an affair with a much younger colleague. However, the silver haired presenter has started making more public appearances in recent weeks.

After Phillip's exit from This Morning, his relationship with former co-host Holly Willoughby is said to have soured. The duo were said to have lost contact following the news, but it's thought they are now on their way to rebuilding their close bond.

Holly was said to have been hurt by Phillip's lies over the situation. In a statement following rumours Holly knew of Phill's affair, he said: "Holly did not know. And she was one of the first texts that I sent, to say, ‘I am so, so sorry that I lied to you’. She didn’t reply and I understand why she didn’t reply, as well. So yeah. If anyone is in any way linking Holly to this; that is absolutely, wholly untrue."

Following Holly's terrifying ordeal in which Gavin Plumb had plotted the violent rape, kidnap and murder of her, it's reported her former colleague was one of the first to reach out. Security guard Gavin Plumb, 37, wept after he was found guilty at Chelmsford Crown Court after police had foiled his evil plan.
