‘Kya Beizzati Hai Ye’ Rohit Sharma Slammed For ‘disrespecting’ National Flag In New Pic

The heroes in blue were met with a thunderous and a sobbing welcome in India, with hearts swollen with pride and tears brimming in the eyes of every fan.
Captain Rohit Sharma is obviously getting the special attention he deserves for leading the beautiful pack of our stars and getting the trophy home after a wait of over 11 years. However, the love he has been receiving has now mixed with some trolling from his own fan base after he recently changed his display picture on his social media website.

The picture might look innocuous to the naked eye, but people on social media are quick to point out that this clearly looks like he is disrespecting the Indian flag. Soon, social media was abuzz with him being trolled for the same.

Seems like his gesture, which is obviously unintentional, has not gone down well with the Indian public. Rohit Sharma has announced that he is retiring from the T20 format, but shall continue leading the team for ODI’s. He is likely to return back for the season starting September.
