Former Lebanese MP Fares Souaid: Hizbullah Members Have Carried Out Terrorist Attacks In Lebanon – Like The Assassination Of Prime Minister Hariri; Hizbullah Covers For Its Terrorists, So It Is A Terrorist Group

Former Lebanese MP Fares Souaid said in a July 4, 2024 show on Al-Jadeed TV (Lebanon) that Hizbullah members have carried out “purely terrorist” attacks in Lebanon like the 2005 assassination of Prime Minister Rafic Hariri. He said that the organization itself gives cover to its members who are terrorists, therefore the entire group is a terrorist group.

Fares Souaid: "Some Hizbullah members have carried out purely terrorist attacks in Lebanon. More specifically, they killed Prime Minister [Hariri]. It is not me or you saying this. The most important international court has said this."

Interviewer: "Are you saying that some Hizbullah members are terrorists, or that Hizbullah itself is terrorist?

Souaid: "Of course."

Interviewer: "Which one is it?"

Souaid: "First of all, of course some Hizbullah members are terrorists, and when Hizbullah refers to them as 'saints,' it gives cover to these terrorists, and whoever gives cover to terrorists, is also a terrorist."
