The 59th Inner Ear Biology Workshop (IEB 2024) will be held in Warsaw, Poland, from 15 to 17 September 2024. The World Hearing Center and the Institute of Sensory Organs are proud to be co-hosting the workshop, which will be conducted under the theme of advancing knowledge in inner ear biology.

IEB 2024 is unique in its approach, offering a platform for the free exchange of scientific achievements among European academic centers. This year’s event will begin at the World Hearing Center in Kajetany on Sunday, followed by sessions at the Hilton Warsaw City Hotel and Conference Center from Monday to Tuesday.

The workshop aims to be a valuable forum for sharing clinical experiences, personal trajectories, and scientific advancements. It will also provide an opportunity for mentoring and nurturing the next generation of scientists.

15–17 September 2024 The 7th International Conference on Hyperacusis and Misophonia (ICHM7)

Warsaw, Poland

The 7th International Conference on Hyperacusis and Misophonia (ICHM7) will be held in Warsaw, Poland, from 15 to 17 September 2024. This conference is aimed at audiologists, psychologists, ENT doctors, and other hearing professionals working with patients suffering from hyperacusis, misophonia, or tinnitus.

ICHM7 will offer a comprehensive scientific program aiming to provide practical insights to enhance research and clinical practices. We aim to gather clinical professionals and researchers worldwide to discuss the latest studies, ideas, and challenges in the field.

Following the success of previous international conferences on otology, tinnitus, and audiology, the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing and the Institute of Sensory Organs have been chosen to co-host ICHM7.

This event is ideal for oto-rhino-laryngologists, audiologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, speech and language therapists, hearing aid dispensers, social workers, neuroscientists, researchers, and other professionals involved in the care and research of patients with tinnitus, hyperacusis, and misophonia. Attendees will hear from a multidisciplinary group of world-renowned keynote speakers covering topics such as audiology, ENT, mental health, neuroscience, epidemiology, psychoacoustics, psychometry, neurology, etc. The program will feature key opinion leaders from the clinical and research spheres and individuals with lived experience of hyperacusis and misophonia and their families.

Warsaw, a city rich in history and culture, will host the conference at a central location close to vibrant bars and cafés, high-end shopping, green spaces, and historic sites.
