Identifying, hiring, and retaining talent in southern MD is at the core of the SoMD 2030 workforce development initiative. The Patuxent Partnership has executed SoMD 2030 via a Partnership Intermediary Agreememt with Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) - providing high school students with apprenticeships and college students with summer internships, and opportunities to learn about various careers (including the SPARK! career awareness fair) for students across southern MD. #workforcedevelopment #apprenticeships #internships #careerawareness #southernmd
