2023 CC Facility grantee One Acre Fund was featured in Techpoint Africa this week! One Acre Fund launched Smallholder Resilience Ventures (SRV) to fill the agricultural financing gap in Africa, enabling SMEs to scale and provide guaranteed premium markets to smallholders growing climate-friendly crops. On Monday, the CC Facility hosted a networking event focusing on “Driving Private Investment in Emerging Markets” to kick off London Climate Action Week in partnership with Dentons. The event allowed participants to exchange ideas, discuss transformative climate solutions, forge impactful partnerships, and chart the course for mobilizing billions more in sustainable investments in emerging markets. Convergence Blended Finance's Trang Vandelis and Climate Policy Initiative's Carla Orrego provided an overview of the CC Facility and our approach to addressing key barriers to unlocking climate finance. CC Facility grantees Amazonia Impact Ventures, Ignite Power, and Acre Impact Capital also shared insights on their respective initiatives. Big thanks to Dentons for hosting the event!

Meet the newest member of the Catalytic Climate Finance Facility Investment Committee, Elvira Lefting!   Elvira is a Founder of Finance in Motion, where she has been overseeing the growth and expansion of the investment operations since its foundation over 15 years ago.
