#WhatMakesUsSparq - Michaela

Michaela Kanuch is a Talent Acquisition Manager who’s worked at Sparq for almost six years. She says the biggest thing that stands out about working here is the people. “Not only is the talent acquisition team awesome, but every person I come across truly cares about our culture and that starts at the top with Ingrid and Monty.” She says she’s grateful to work with so many talented and passionate people.

Michaela is also a new mom to her son Calvin! Outside of work (and when she’s not in “mom mode,”) she loves to read books, walk her black lab Millie and travel. She’s also a huge Pittsburgh Penguins fan (Go Crosby and Malkin!) Thanks, Michaela, for making Sparq a great place to work!

Fun Fact: Most people don’t know that Michaela was born in Sweden and recently became a US citizen in 2022.
