I feel really honoured to have been invited to take part in this promotional activity for TalkTalk. The care and support we have received here, over recent weeks and moths, has been truly amazing. I have been able to offer support to people in a way that would be outside my normal role, and to help them with the challenges and experiences they are facing has been incredibly rewarding. Creating such an empowered and collaborative culture is something that makes TalkTalk outstanding and is something that we should never under value. There is possibly a long way yet to go on this road to normality, but I know that the support, flexibility and trust that we are placing in our employees is something that will put us in an exciting place, for whatever our new future holds.
