- Reality- Less than half of the population suffers from flexibility issues.

The office
- Expectations - The office will become reluctant
- Reality - Dissatisfied employees want to return to the office
In the pre-COVID times, employees were unsatisfied with the office culture due to the increase in office politics and wanted to have a break. However, when the employees are working from home, they are still not satisfied as they lack the office culture.
