`What does the next government need to do?’ was the title of the debate held at RICS HQ in Westminster two days before the General Election, with speakers from British Land, Vistry and Zoopla among the experts in a session chaired by Times and Sunday Times Property Editor Carol Lewis.
Proposed solutions included new public rental homes, powerful social housing organisations, and a coordinated new towns program.
🏆 UK Awards 2024 - national shortlist announced
We are delighted to reveal the national shortlist in the RICS UK Awards 2024.
The shortlist includes the winning regional projects recently announced at a series of events held across the UK in May and June. All shortlisted entries will go forth to compete at the national ceremony being held on 4 October 2024.

We're updating the Red Book Global Standards after gathering extensive feedback. This is part of our commitment to maintain high standards in valuation and ensure our practices stay relevant and helpful.
The new Red Book will match the latest International Valuation Standards (IVS), include recommendations for valuation reviews, and put a spotlight on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), data, and valuation modeling.
