I had taken a split air conditioner from Whirpool company. Called customer service 10 times for its installation but they did not respond. Whirlpool people talk BS that your concern has been highlighted, but no call has been received yet, first called their agent Kajal, but she gave no to Sanjay sir, and she did not pick up any call, after Priyanka's agent picked up the call, put it on hold for 15 minutes. Then he called his senior. Prabhakar(Team Leader) said sorry sir but he has no manners towards his customers. After that, a call comes from a Whirlpool technician asking him to tell me his issue. Selling your stuff to Whirlpool means pathetic service and other customers will be put to shame. Very good service. Please no one buys anything from Whirlpool. compassionate service.

DON'T EVER BUY WHIRLPOOL, MAYTAG I bought A WASHER IT WAS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY FLOODED FLOOR, while sopping water, FOUND huge dent side of washer, NO RECORD OF MY CALL WITHIN 1st 30 DAYS BUT I DO! NO RESOLUTION! Disabled poor senior treated like liar! #whirlpool #maytag

7-10 days just to replace a faulty compressor that too of 3 year old refrigerator….Call centre and Service centre both are failed to give proper replies….disappointed and pathetic team work.

2moWhirlpool Corporation please don't say you design the product keeping in mind the need of consumer. If that was really the case you would have made sure post sale service are in place and the service person resolves the issue . It's been 6 months but still you have failed to resolve the issues, multiple tickets has been raised and closed. Few of them were closed without even giving me a call forget about visit. I have reached customer care , even mailed service head of India still no result. Below are the list of complaint IDs which has been raised for the same issue which keeps on lingering since Oct and now it's end of summer almost. 1st complaint - Oct 29th 2023 BHU29102316746 2nd complaint - Feb 29th 2024 BHU29022472472 3rd complaint - Mar 15th 2024 BHU15032489322 4th complaint - Mar 25th 2024 BHU25032434586 BHU24042447204 So don't talk about consumer in mind philosophy.
