Sir or ma`am, Why you do not care about costumer services? I want to share my unfortunate experience with the poor customer service at the Vodafone Fachhandel in Lili Shopping Mall, Wiesbaden, Germany. I understand that being in a different country comes with a different mentality, but as a customer, I expect my questions to be addressed professionally. The staff member present at the time was incredibly rude, arrogant, and clearly unsuited for the job. It was the worst service I've encountered in my 42 years of life. Additionally, the establishment was empty, which now makes sense to me. Sadly, I don't expect the company to address this issue, as it seems customer care is not a priority in this country. It's a disappointing reality. Thank you.
