On Saturday 20 July in Glasgow, 22 of our people took part in the Glasgow Pride march. This was our third time being involved and provided us with a great opportunity to remind our people and customers of our commitment to equality. The sun was shining and everyone enjoyed the day in their Three branded sunglasses and bucket hats! 🌈

Yesterday, Three UK hosted 25 bright local students for the first session of the SMBP Work Insight & Skills Experience (WISE) week! 🎉 This volunteer-led initiative by Social Mobility Business Partnership brings together over 200 organisations, including commercial firms, professional services, and sports teams across the UK, all dedicated to supporting students from low-income backgrounds in their pursuit of a career in business. 🌟 During their day at Three, our very own Charlotte Connell and Chris Gasnier led an engaging and insightful resilience training session. The students participated in interactive exercises focused on developing a plan and setting goals, getting the best from your brain, managing pressure effectively, building resilient relationships and handling setbacks and preparing for the future. Thank you to Catherine Melis, Rob Lees and Kathryn James for their support on day. We are honoured to be part of their journey and can't wait to see the incredible things these students will achieve. As the week continues, they will also gain valuable experiences at the offices of Microsoft, Verizon, PWC, and National Trust. Last week we hosted our annual Three summer party and family day in our Reading office ☀ The sun shone down as we celebrated a summer of sport with a little friendly competition across many different games including basketball, darts and even footpool!   Kids took over the office on Saturday and enjoyed a host of activities, including #digitalskills from Three Discovery, classic sports day events like egg and spoon and sack races, and finishing off with some Three branded ice cream 🍦 #LifeAtThree

The England vs Spain match might not have ended in our favour, but it certainly captivated the nation! We've got some sizzling network stats to share with you 🔥 By halftime, nearly half (49%) of all traffic on our network was to ITV and BBC 😮 It seems everyone swapped their usual Sunday routines to catch the action. Netflix and Prime took a back seat, with traffic down 53%.
