It defines leadership by creating the conditions that encourage people to thrive without fear. One of the things, which it impress me the most, it showed me how to value my friends on the group by encouraging each other. Specific Lessons or Insights : Sinek further emphasizes that the concept of trust, which is top-down and centralised in his framework, is accomplished by a focus on the team’s requirements, the establishment of a safety circle for risk-taking and growth, and the notion of empathy as a means to boost meaningful interaction. Recommendation : To improve leadership skills, I believe that “Leaders Eat Last’ is a very good book to read.
