‘Systems Theory and Family Therapy: A Primer’ by Becvar et al. because from a systems theory standpoint the patterns of relationships between the elements of a system are more important to the overall understanding and behavior of that system than the intrinsic structure and function of the individual components, so much of this knowledge transfers across domains. Emphasizing patterns of interaction in the system as the essence of problematic phenomena rather than the individuals most apparently participating in the interaction tends to shift the discussion towards reconciling incentives and assessing the underlying needs as opposed to entrenching the dysfunctional interaction in the system by identifying particular individuals as ‘problems’ and then coercing their compliance. If a coworker irritates you by constantly picking faults, you can either retaliate by calling out all their mistakes or you could ask them what they need your help to fix. In terms of feedback loops one can either apply positive feedback to intensify a cycle, or you can apply negative feedback to damp a cycle. It's an engineering friendly perspective. https://rowman.com/ISBN/9781538185667/Systems-Theory-and-Family-Therapy-A-Primer-Fourth-Edition

How to win friends and influence people. How to stop worrying and start living Book by Dale Carnegie This book really changed even how I’m socializing with people. That doesn’t mean I’m not mad on you regard your recent changes , Upwork 😛

Introduction : One leadership book that have influenced my leadership is the book “Leaders Eat Last” by Simon Sine. It defines leadership by creating the conditions that encourage people to thrive without fear. Impact on Leadership Style : This book changed my leadership style by focusing on the aspects of understanding and trusting people. One of the things, which it impress me the most, it showed me how to value my friends on the group by encouraging each other. Specific Lessons or Insights : Sinek further emphasizes that the concept of trust, which is top-down and centralised in his framework, is accomplished by a focus on the team’s requirements, the establishment of a safety circle for risk-taking and growth, and the notion of empathy as a means to boost meaningful interaction. Recommendation : To improve leadership skills, I believe that “Leaders Eat Last’ is a very good book to read. This information about Sinek’s principles and examples is inspiring and practical at the same time, which is why leaders of any level should be aware of it.
