Las personas trabajadoras de México se ven favorecidas por la aplicación de las normas protectoras que garantizan la libre sindicación, la negociación colectiva genuina y libertad sindical, con ello, empleadores y gobiernos NO DEBEN DE INJERIR EN LA TOMA DE DECISIONES SINDICALES, además de que los Contratos Colectivos de Trabajo y los dirigentes sindicales son aprobados y elegidos, respectivamente, solo por las y los trabajadores de México.
