Our dedicated employees are the backbone of our Chicago pickle facility. Nearly 40% of the full-time employees have been with the facility for more than 20 years, and several will reach their 40-year anniversaries in 2025! Additionally, many employees have enjoyed professional growth and new opportunities during their time at our Chicago facility. “Out of the 10 of us on the Steering Committee (at our Chicago facility), six started in different positions within TreeHouse Foods. They were promoted or transitioned into their current roles,” said Javaun Price, TreeHouse Foods Chicago Plant Manager.
