1moI think the most important thing we focus on is the starting point as a list of business needs. It’s super tempting to see a tech demo and jump immediately to “how can we use this tool?” Instead we are starting with points of friction, pain, or lack of capability, and then look for ways to address, which may indeed involve an application of AI.
