EO, climate data and digital technology to improve lives and the environment

Climate change disproportionally affects rainfed smallholders in Kenya. We are working with TomorrowNow.org and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to realise the potential of using next generation weather and climate data for pest and disease advisories on the OSIRIS II project. With a goal of reaching 100 million farmers by 2030 to ensure the communities most affected by climate change have access to information that allows them to take action to protect their crops. Henry Mibei, Boniface Akuku, Judith Oyoo and Morris Akiri provided valuable insights supported by their expertise, experience and local knowledge. Thank you Georgina Campbell Flatter, Philip Frost, Brian Miranda and Neil Hausmann for inviting us on this journey. Josephine Mahony, Charlotte Day, Bryony Taylor, Andy Shaw

Inspiring! Excellent insights. Thank you for supporting our audacious goal of reaching 100M by 2030. Even though challenging, it is possible and achievable, which is how disruption works.
