Thank you Queen Mary University for helping me conduct research🥹 Over the past 6 months I’ve been working with masters students from the Queen Mary University of London to conduct research on how to attract and retain black talent. As well as the systematic Barriers that Black Gen Z face in the work place when trying to access jobs. I am proud to announce the report is now Complete! The data generated was both incredibly interesting as well as alarming. The students used qualitative , quantitative primary and secondary research. They incorporated their own research , research already done , case studies and an element of psychology. To produce one of the most well rounded , detailed and comprehensive presentations I’ve seen in a while. (Coming from someone that has read almost 100 books) They also provided recommendations on what corporations can do to attract and retain talent. As a black Gen Z myself it’s still very important that I thoroughly understand my community and the barriers they face. As well as feedback that information to all the companies we work with. I’ll be sharing the details of the report over the coming weeks on LinkedIn so follow me if you don’t already to keep up to date. I’m really excited to share the details so we can make a collective effort to ensure more talented Gen Z work in environments they can thrive. Which will be more beneficial for society as a whole. I’d like to thank Queen Mary for the opportunity especially James Pritchard and Dr Lilian S. I’d also like to thank the talented students Saheli Mukherjee #akshat dixit Dhruv Karumbaya #shreya tiwari Suharsha Chougule All the best in your life post university and the job hunt. It’s been a pleasure getting to know you all and from what I’ve seen you’ll be a true asset to any organisation who is lucky enough to have you. This is university education done correctly! Expect more posts on the report to follow! The Gen Z Club

Thank you, Austin Okolo and the entire team at Queen Mary University Dr Lilian S. , James Pritchard. It has been a fantastic experience working with all of you. Coming from work experience in India, still, it has still been challenging to build a network in a foreign land where I aspire to work. Your organization is doing an outstanding job for GenZ like me, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with you. Thank you so much.
