Simba Rwambiwa WILL be speaking at the entrepreneurship summit on the 13th of July! Simba set to make waves in the world of business in 2023 as a candidate on Series 17 of The Apprentice. In this high-stakes competition, he stood shoulder to shoulder with fellow visionary entrepreneurs, vying for Lord Sugar’s coveted £250,000 business investment. Today, Simba’s sights are firmly set on bettering the Health and Social Care sector, with a strategic vision to utilise Palmlove Care Services as a vessel for his mission, ensuring an even more exceptional customer experience for their valued clients. Simba Rwambiwa is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Palmlove Care Services, boasting over a decade of experience in the Health and Social Care industry. His journey commenced as a compassionate caregiver and steadily ascended through the ranks, exemplifying his dedication and commitment to the field. Simba’s entry into the realm of Healthcare was inspired by a deeply personal experience. When his late mother required care, he wholeheartedly assumed the role of her caregiver. Witnessing the transformative and positive impact it had on her quality of life ignited a profound desire within him—to extend that same level of support and care to others facing similar circumstances. Spot the opportunity, not just the obstacle. In today's ever-changing business scape, it's easy to dwell on the challenges presented before us. However, as entrepreneurs and innovative thinkers, we ought to find opportunity in these obstructions. Each challenge is a chance for enterprise, each problem a potential for innovation. The question is, will you seize it? In my own journey within multiple sectors of business, I've found that my greatest successes came from recognising these opportunities and taking action. This approach isn't limited to business alone - it can be extrapolated to communities and even politics. Don't refrain from stumbling; instead learn to find balance amidst the bumps. In this tumultuous path of entrepreneurship resides real triumph.

Where did “Futurepreneur” come from? So many businesses and entrepreneurs are linear thinkers and that is the reason for their down fall. As described by Dana Murduk: “Futurepreneurship is a mix of entrepreneurship with all those foundations with the future studies field, but it was not enough again. Until two years ago, I thought that we still need more and more parts of it, which exponential organization, is the third element that I added to it.”💪 Start your business and scale it quickly with OpenExO.💰 Our expertise is only a click away!👇 🎟️ExO Pass : https://hubs.la/Q028NKdV0 📚Exponential Organizations 2.0: https://hubs.la/Q028NN7R0 🎬ExO Live featuring Dana Marduk and Kevin Allen. 💡Topic: The Rise of Futurepreneurship. #openexo #exolive #discussion #community #technology #entrepreneurship

Had a wonderful time presenting on entrepreneurial funding at USASBE24 last week! The conference brought together some of the brightest minds in the field, sharing captivating insights that are extremely relevant for corporate innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. One major takeaway for me was the need for entrepreneurial firms to possess a "zebra" mentality - to continue being ambidextrous on social responsibilities while creating shareholder value. The study of entrepreneurship is a vital bridge between academia and corporate realms, fostering a symbiotic relationship. It enriches academic discourse with real-world insights and equips businesses with innovative strategies and an agile mindset. These strategies resonate with the Schumpeterian and Kirznerian approaches to innovation and disruption. Agility and adeptness in identifying and seizing opportunities arising from market inefficiencies are crucial for constant disruption. I'm grateful to have learned so much at USASBE24. Thank you for an amazing conference! #entrepreneurship #entrepreneurialstudies #research #usasbe24 #corporateentrepreneurship
