Investment Modeling Alumni, as some of you know I'm running a Data & Analytics Fellowship this summer for a few of the BAIT undergrads at Rutgers Business School. Our first project will be something of an Amazon competitor that focuses on a specific niche. The niche that we came up with so far is products that are tailored to college students (think dorms). Maybe that is the right niche, maybe not, either way, would anyone be interested in being an advisor on that project? I think it's safe to say after last night that the country is in great hands. In one hand, we have a candidate who is too old, and on the other hand we have a serial liar with fantastic hair. But in reality the real leader of America will be coming in July to address the US Congress, Netanyahu. I can already hear the "lock him up" chants coming from DC.

First, I don't believe him, but more importantly this is one of many topics that have easy solutions and highlights the corruption in our country. The #H1B Visa should be based on a free market structure, not a "lottery" system, and certainly not whatever the hell Trump is now promoting. All the federal government is supposed to do is set a floor salary, say $150,000 a year, for any company that wants to sponsor a H1B visa. That's it, no lottery, no draconian application process, as long as they are willing to meet the salary requirement, then it is automatic. This way foreign students can pursue STEM degrees that will prepare them for jobs that are willing to pay that high. And more importantly the #Technology #Oligarchs can stop exploiting H1B Visa students with low pay and no rights, and simultaneously stop forcing STEM job wages down. But, will any US Congressperson introduce this simple fix? NOPE! Too busy send more money and weapons to Israel and denying that a genocide is taking place.

Question for my fellow #fastapi developers. We know it is awesome and it is better than that hack of a framework, #node.js, yeah that's right, I said it you #javascript hooligans! But what is your preferred web hosting company of choice? I don't want to use #AWS or #Azure because I want to work with the little guy (although I tell my #MITA alumni to focus on the latter) I heard great things about #railway.app. Are there any other new or up and coming companies that any fellow #python web developers recommend? #webdevelopment #webapplications #webhosting #dataapplications #analyticsapplications

#Alumni and hustlers of all stripes. For a few of my #Investment Modeling in R graduates, I'm running my first Data & Analytics Fellowship. In the Fellowship groups of 4/5 Students will work on one web application deal and one commercial real estate deal. That's right #Trump, step aside, #BAIT towers are about to go up. Now, I need a lawyer and an accountant that is willing to work for equity, we need llc's, #1099's, and contracts done up. In 2024, the Israel lobby must be rejected in our domestic policies.

#NVDA investors, today the stock hit its highest level 1,255.87! Tomorrow it will split and I found this interesting little fact. Every time in the past Nvidia did a stock split, its stock proceeded to drop in value. But, I would argue that this stock split is in the face of tremendous strength as the market leader in #GPU's. I'm going to hold onto my stocks until I see some sort of irrational rise post-split. But this was pretty much the outcome everyone expected, Modi is still one of the highest polling politicians among world leaders. But 3 interesting takeaways from the election: 1) Modi used the state's apparatus to jail potential rivals, and constantly campaign on his behalf, but he still didn't win the majority (unlike #ImranKhan). The reason according to Ryan Grim is that there is growing unemployment across India. 2) The successful enthno-hindu strategy of 2014, is losing its messaging because of the high level wealth concentration by the 1%. Although, India's strong growing markets is front and center on the world stage, its uneven wealth distribution is an albatross on the neck of India's development, and a danger to its free markets and democracy. 3) The Indian election did have its problems, but it is lightyears ahead of #Pakistan, where the 4-Star generals change the voting results in real-time. Also, here in #America, we could learn about how India goes out of its way to make voting accessible to everyone, no matter how rich or poor. #Elections #BJP #InternationalTrade #InternationalEconomics
