I think it's safe to say after last night that the country is in great hands. In one hand, we have a candidate who is too old, and on the other hand we have a serial liar with fantastic hair. But in reality the real leader of America will be coming in July to address the US Congress, Netanyahu. I can already hear the "lock him up" chants coming from DC.

Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country. Hermann Goering.

Henry #Kissinger “Born in southern Germany in 1923, as the Weimar hyperinflation reached its crescendo, and not yet 10 years old when Adolf Hitler came to power in Berlin, Kissinger was a refugee at 15, when his family fled Germany for New York. He worked in a shaving brush factory before World War II swept him and his brother into the Army. He fought as a rifleman at the Battle of the Bulge. He witnessed the liberation of the Ahlem concentration camp outside Hanover. He interrogated Nazis as a counterintelligence officer… It was in occupied Germany that he learned of the deaths of more than a dozen of his relatives in the Holocaust. Is it plausible that such a man would be as callously indifferent to the victims of other wars and genocides as his critics have asserted? After the end of the Cold War, Kissinger came under vituperative attack. Critics heaped opprobrium on him for sins of omission and commission in countries such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, Chile and East Timor. Yet Kissinger himself insisted that foreign policy was nearly always about making choices between evils. The only way to understand the decisions he took is to see that there was, from the outset, a hierarchy of strategic priorities. To get the US out of Vietnam meant establishing linkage to other issues about which the Soviets cared more. It meant exploiting the Sino-Soviet split by opening channels of communication to Beijing. It meant applying military pressure on Hanoi in the hope of achieving a diplomatic breakthrough. Bangladesh was collateral damage of a strategic “tilt” toward Pakistan. Bombing and then sending troops into Vietnam was a response to the North Vietnamese violation of Cambodian neutrality. The attempt to stop Salvador Allende from becoming Chilean president in 1970 was a failure; his overthrow in 1973 owed much more to domestic forces than the CIA. Good relations with Indonesia mattered more than East Timor’s desire for independence. And so on. Not all Kissinger’s choices look optimal today, with the benefit of hindsight.” https://lnkd.in/gR76VGMy

Paul Josef Goebbels was the Minister for Propaganda of Nazi Germany under Hitler. His propaganda methods comprised: 1. Repeat lies till accepted as truth. 2. Blame Opposition for the all problems. 3. Every dubious act must be justified in the name of the Nation. 4. Aggressive media manipulation. 5. Float conspiracy theories. 6. Brand opposition as anti-nationals. 7. Constant visibility of his leader. 8. Constantly use rallies, slogans, icons, rhetorics, etc to divert people’s attention from real issues. 9. Finally, accuse others of that which you are guilty. The #PseudoHindutva Führer अधिनायक uses all these #Goebbelsian and more strategies to the hilt to fool gullible Hindus.

So many layers to whats happening in Georgia. One thing clear, there is a generational change. 30+ yrs of independent Georgia and 20 since the reboot has been a very different space for the current generation. The old road is rapidly fading... Deep political reforms were made, but there is an underlying cultural reform that is now in process. With the amplifying velocity of tech, global work, and AI there is danger this velocity may spin apart generations. This video shows dance anchored in culture and tradition while moving forward in a culturally free and fluid manner. This is my hope for Georgia, moving forward with full integrity. Ancient culture with new freedom, innovation, creativity.

I am Georgian, but I don't live in Georgia for the last 12 years, and frankly, I have hardly seen such a freedom-loving nation as Georgians (привіт, Україно 🇺🇦!). Georgians will literally die for it. This video is from last night, in the 3rd week of continuous protests against the foreign agents bill in #Georgia🇬🇪. GenZ - a driving force of this resistance is dancing Khorumi - a beautiful and powerful Georgian war dance at the Heroes Square in the centre of #Tbilisi. As ever, we have everything we need to prevail - free will, power, and a national goal to arrive where we have belonged for centuries - in Europe🇪🇺. This process is hard, but victory will be well-deserved. We just need your support: do not get tired of following our news, speak up and spread the word, talk with decision-makers, and the EU citizens about Georgia. Georgia's European future is irreversible. #NoToRussianLaw #არარუსულკანონს #SupportGeorgia

🛑 Don’t Blame Only the Arabs? Where is US/UK/EU? Oren (אורן) 🇮🇱🪬 Ben-Alfandari E. Why blaming only the Arabs, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict wasn’t created by the Arabs and the solution isn’t either in the hands of the Arabs only. The history had repeatedly demonstrated and witnessed this. However, the time has changed and the conflict isn’t any longer on the regional scale. The quote by David Ben-Gurion, as other Israeli leaders of the same, is just propaganda lies and missinformation causing division and polarisation in the MENA region, and elsewhere. These have certainly worked quite good in the past specially with the support of US, UK, EU, the West and beyond. For decades and decades the US, UK and EU kept ignoring the very roots of the Israeli-Palestinian crisis. As we see from Social Media, including LinkedIn, the global views and awareness what regards the Israeli-Palestinian conflict have changed, and continue to do so, dramatically with more focus on core and root causes of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. This is specially true among the younger updated generations. What we see today didn’t originate and develop in vacuum as UN-SG put it. It will continue to escalate more and more including the propagation of hate and division, both on small- and large-scales, also within and between countries around the world. This has already triggered serious consequences and will continue to do so for generations to come as we have learned from the past decades. Nothing will change by itself or by the outdated business-as-usual thinking, policies and geopolitics. The US, UK and EU can’t continue to ignore the global opinion what regards bringing about lasting and sustainable solutions. The Israeli-Palestinian conflict could have been solved long-, longtime ago and the catastrophic situation which we have today is the outcome of the blind support of the US, UK and EU to whatever carried out by Israel. It is time to rethink and to reconsider seriously the opinions of the global community.
In the words of Israel's first prime minister. They knew what they had done and they knew they could get away with it using US weapons and capital. And if Israel's earliest leaders weren't going to lie about what happened, then why does Zionist propaganda still try to weave more and more lies?
