Did you know color helps convey emotions? Chew on these 4️⃣ color theory design principles by Kellen M., Principal Product Designer at Salesforce, to improve accessibility and user experience: 1. Be intentional in color choices. Users associate colors with experience. For example, red is commonly associated with errors or stoplights. So, using red in the user interface (UI) for an “Accept” button would cause hesitation and confusion. 2. Color indicates hierarchy. Use color contrast to make certain elements stand out. The higher an object’s contrast, the more attention it draws. 3. Use color to represent your brand — its look, feel, and ethos are expressed through colors. 4. Consider accessibility in the design phase. Salesforce color palettes adhere to accessibility guidelines and design patterns that meet those requirements automatically. Eager to design custom actions in Einstein Copilot? Chew on these 5️⃣ insightful tips by Adam Babin, Senior UX Designer: 1. Consider the different ways that people might initiate an action. Copilot also needs the name of the action and instructions to know how exactly to execute the action. 2. Think about the inputs needed for your action to run. It might require more than just a record name. 3. Always think about the output. What does the user need to be displayed back to them? 4. A turn-taking step might be needed if it's not a quick interaction. This ensures clear communication with Einstein Copilot. 5. Save users time with a prompt template if the action requires a summary, notes, descriptions, etc. Hungry for more? Read Adam's post on how to design Copilot Actions. #DreamDesigners https://lnkd.in/gf4UKg7M
