Miło mi poinformować, że w dniu dzisiejszym w Centrum Zdrowia MDM rozpoczęliśmy badanie kliniczne w nagłym ubytku słuchu: Wieloośrodkowe, randomizowane, zaślepione badanie oceniające skuteczność, bezpieczeństwo i tolerancję pojedynczej dawki AC102 podawanej do jamy bębenkowej, w porównaniu z doustnymi steroidami, w leczeniu idiopatycznego, nagłego, odbiorczego ubytku słuchu. Lek badany został opracowany przez firmę AudioCure, a niniejsze badanie stanowi etap rozwojowy dla cząsteczki AC102 w drodze do uzyskania rejestracji.
