In BEST shape of my life.... better then when I played college soccer 36 Years young - Dad to 1.5 year young boy & baby #2 due in the fall 8 things that have made this possible: #1 - Blessed, give credit to my Lord and savior for bringing people into my life that model what success is and hold me accountable #2 - Limit stress by working on my mind, daily #3 - 20-30 minutes of HIIT working out, daily #4 - Low sugar, high protein eating(grams in weight of protein per day) #5 - Limited to 5 alcoholic drinks per month #6 - Plant based Supplementation (limits the amount of food I need to consume) #7 - Yes... cold plunge's... just wait a few posts and you'll see why its valuable #8 - Low financial stress... lived under our means and built residual income streams
