When Lobsters fight... And the News The dominant lobster will strut with its claws in the air, while the subordinate lobster will sulk and may even flee Lobsters have a nervous system that's attuned to status and runs on serotonin, a brain chemical associated with happiness The higher a lobster climbs in the hierarchy, the more serotonin its brain makes available Defeated lobsters can experience significant consequences, including changes to their brain chemistry, loss of confidence, and changes in their posture For example, if a lobster loses enough fights and its social status, its brain may stop producing serotonin and parts of it may even shrink The lobster may become depressed and give up, while the winner's brain is flooded with serotonin.... Are you winning or losing daily? Do we fight, yes but at the end of the day my wife and I always reminder each other we are on the same team Is what you are focused on Positive or Negative? Either way its growing You are conditioning or "deepening" neural pathways in your brain It's powerful... Its why I HATE the news and news channels as it is 90% negative

Never be held prisoner to your past, it was meant to be a life lesson, not a life sentance

That’s the DREAM! I hear it often from people about the way my wife and I live Most of the times they are serious and some times they are being sarcastic… Either way Here are 3 steps to living the dream if you have a job and want to be financially free 1. Read books by people who have done it 2. Start side ventures that you can scale and automate (leverage existing platforms) 3. Plan your week nights and weekends to be productive (including fun and family time) instead of having your nights and weekends plan you! Godspeed!

God will put you with someone who doesn't look like you or talk like you or think like you or act like you SO THAT you can learn to love someone other than YOURSELF Today is Ali Eddy and my 8 year Wedding Anniversary The above is the #1 lesson I have learned after 8 years of marriage "Why can't she just be like me?" I would ask myself... and then God revealed to me... "Mason, you are basically wanting to love another version of yourself" OUCH! But true. So the question is this... What if marriage was designed to be a gift so that you can learn to love outside of yourself?

Every action you take is a VOTE for the person you wish to become So as a reminder, the true measure of your potential is not the height of the peak you've reached, but how far you've climbed to get there Align your actions with WHO you want to become then get lost in the journey Godspeed
